For over twenty years, I worked inside classrooms, professional learning communities, and institutional systems—watching good people struggle not because they lacked intelligence or ambition, but because the systems around them were poorly designed. Ideas without structure. Vision without language. Technology without humanity.

That tension is what gave birth to Catalyst Ed and, later, Geneva Oracle OS™.

Catalyst Ed is an ed-tech company built by an educator—for teachers, leaders, founders, and institutions who need tools that respect their intelligence and time. Our learning platform offers credential-aligned professional education in AI Literacy, Social-Emotional Learning, and future workforce skills, designed to meet real mandates without sacrificing depth or dignity.
